By using EquityGPT, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use EquityGPT.
As a user of EquityGPT, you are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including, but not limited to, financial regulations, data protection, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
EquityGPT is incorporated in South Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom. We strive to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in these jurisdictions, but we cannot guarantee that our platform meets the specific requirements of every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of EquityGPT complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
EquityGPT uses generative AI technology to provide financial analysis, research, consulting, and strategy generation services. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the AI-generated content, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on the AI-generated content is at your own risk, and you are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy and reliability of such content.
Our premium, paid accounts provide access to a Quality Assurance feature, which allows users to request a quality assurance assessment of their AI-generated report to be performed by a certified professional, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
Please note that the Quality Assurance feature is not available for free accounts and is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of the assessments provided by our certified professionals, we cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquityGPT and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of EquityGPT or reliance on any AI-generated content or Quality Assurance assessments.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EquityGPT and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of EquityGPT, your violation of this Policy, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of EquityGPT constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this Policy.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
